Casey Kelley Media Agency was founded in 2024 by a Black book influencer who saw the gap — and stepped in to fill it.

While publishing continues to underfund Black stories and misallocate resources, we’re here to fix that. Too often, ARCs and campaign dollars go to the wrong people — usually white influencers — who aren’t the intended audience and don’t know how to reach them.

Why are we sending generational Black sagas to fantasy girlies who only read fae romance? 🤨

The answer isn’t to cut Black book budgets — it’s to spend them smarter.

We connect publishers with the right influencers, the right readers, and the right energy to amplify Black books with precision, passion, and cultural fluency.

We are a boutique firm championing marginalized voices across the book world. Our work is personal, powerful, and built on trust.
